The Aims and Objectives of WEF/COBs are as follow:
- To restore, uphold and enhance the sanity, honour and dignity of Ministers of the Gospel.
- To ventilate knowledge, and share God's love through pastoral care and catholic relationship from Christians to the world
-To strengthen, motivate and encourage one another.
-To ensure Discipline, Pure Holiness, Righteousness and Orderliness both among Ministers and in the body of Christ.
- To restore and promote Divine Purpose of the oneness of Faith through catholic relationship among the Clergy - (John 17:20-21)

To raise genuine Episcopal and Archepiscopal Leaders who will stand the test of time and preach the true gospel of Jesus Christ.
-To promote unity and Love in the fear of God among Ministers. (Psalm 133:1-3)
-To create a platform for relationship and ministerial opportunities for committed members of the Organization in accessible nations of the world.
-To settle disputes among Ministers and resolve Church differences.
-To ordain Ministers into the Fivefold, Consecrate Bishops, elevate Archbishops and Apostles.
-To give recognized Awards of Professorship, Doctorate, Honorary and Excellence to recognized and performing individuals who have made tremendous impacts on humanity and society.
- To run a Charity and Empowerment NGO through which Pastors, Women, Youths and needy persons in other categories can be impacted.
- To foster Justice, and fight for the rights of Ministers who are oppressed and deprived.
- To train Aspirant Pastors, and commission Missionaries for field works.
To organize gospel Conferences, Seminars, Training Workshops etc in urban and rural areas.
- To be a Voice between the Government and the Church in all the Nations where this organization is represented.
-To encourage fellow ministers who are being challenged in various areas of their lives.
-To collaborate with the government of nations where this organization is represented, and contribute to sharpening public opinion on matters of national concerns in the following; -Social development, Poverty eradication, Empowerment for the disadvantaged, Spread of Christianity, Religious tolerance, and freedom of worship.
- To issue letters of Attestation and Confirmation to any member who is duly registered and committed on the occasion of such person travelling out to another country, but this shall be by the discretion of the International Presiding Prelate and/or the International Executive Council.
